Delivery Information

Standard Delivery – 3-5 working days.

You will be able to check on the status of your order via our delivery partner DPD.
A tracking link is provided with each order.

Palletised Delivery (for larger orders) – confirmed on placing of the order.

Our delivery pricing is calculated based upon the weight of the product and is clearly shown within the checkout.

Complaints and Returns

All e-commerce transaction regulations allow our customers to return goods if they notify us within 14 days and get a full refund. This procedure is always followed on receipt of a request for return. This is also be logged as a complaint to help us understand and improve our service. The ‘Customer Feedback and Complaints Process’ is followed, and details are monitored and recorded on Capsule.

For our B2B Customers we will only accept returns of ordered and delivered equipment if there is a material or manufacturing fault. Each complaint will be dealt with on an individual basis. All complaints are logged onto the CRM within ‘CASES’ and corrective actions take to prevent re-occurrence by the sales team. The complaints log is reviewed in the management team meetings to ensure continuous improvement and close-off of all complaints with relevant learnings.
