Floorbox LTD (T/A The Box Group) is committed to providing products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations, both technically and commercially, while meeting our business planning targets.

To achieve this, a Business Operating System (BOS) has been established based on the following principles:

CUSTOMERS

• Satisfy current needs and identify and anticipate future requirements and expectations.
• Deliver products and services that meet our customers’ reasonable and practical requirements.
• Expand our business through customer recommendations.
• Encourage feedback to help us improve our products and services.

INTERNAL SYSTEMS

• Create simple, efficient, and effective systems that facilitate continual improvement.
• Set, communicate, and achieve quality objectives.
• Create a culture that seeks to improve performance, products, and services.
• Reduce our impact on the environment by conserving energy, water, and other natural resources, minimising waste generation, recycling, and use of toxic materials.
• Identify, assess, and reduce health and safety risks and hazards wherever reasonably practicable.
• Manage our activities to ensure they are performed in accordance with our quality, health and safety and environmental objectives and policy. 
• Ensure the BOS complies with ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory requirements by ongoing auditing of its suitability and the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

STAFF

• Ensure staff are competent for their roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure the work environment is rewarding and pleasant, conducive to helping staff work effectively and efficiently.

SUPPLIERS

• Use suppliers and subcontractors who share our commitment to our promise of quality. 
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure our business objectives are achieved, and that all parties benefit.
