To achieve this, a Business Operating System (BOS) has been established based on the following principles:

- Manage our activities to ensure they are performed in accordance with our quality, health and safety and environmental objectives and policy.
- Ensure the BOS complies with ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory requirements by ongoing auditing of its suitability and the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

- Ensure staff are competent for their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure the work environment is rewarding and pleasant, conducive to helping staff work effectively and efficiently.
SUPPLIERS
- Use suppliers and subcontractors who share our commitment to our promise of quality.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure our business objectives are achieved, and that all parties benefit.
