I-Trac is an outstandingly tough heavy-duty temporary flooring panel system which enables cars, trucks and other vehicles to travel over all types of terrain while protecting the surface beneath.

This system is designed to meet the needs of roadway requirements up to Class 85 levels. Having spent five years in development, i-Trac is ideally placed to meet and overcome every challenge you might want to throw at it.

This temporary overlay is also a non-metal system, offering a competitive alternative to the aluminium systems currently on the market.

The issue of security is always a concern with aluminium systems. However, this is not the case with I-Trac, which is immensely valuable as a temporary roadway but has no cash scrap value, unlike temporary metal road systems which are often stolen.

Whereas current aluminium systems are prone to theft due to their scrap value, although I-Trac is immensely valuable as a temporary surface it has no value to a prospective thief who’ll want to sell it on for scrap.

Additionally, the flooring panels are inert to most chemicals and offer an excellent level of electrical insulation.

I-Trac is easily portable and secured by an inbuilt connection device that requires no special tools to operate. It is extremely quick to install; a single man can lay up to 30-40m2 in an hour. Each panel covers 0.8m2 of surface area and only weighs approximately 15kgs.

If space is an issue, or if you’re working around obstacles, that’s not a problem. I-Trac panels can be laid on finished surfaces and tight to walls, and each panel comprises nine attachment points which enable the user to bolt on accessories where needed. Because there are no sharp edges or unexpected extrusions, I-Trac is also hazard-safe and perfect for sites that require public access.

Unlike other heavy duty systems which can be costly and cumbersome to move or extract, I-Trac is also very quick to disassemble. An entire 50m road can be de-rigged by four men and reinstalled in another location in less than a morning.

Other uses for I-Trac Heavy Duty Matting include: creating a road surface for vans, trucks and articulated vehicles or a forward operating base for helicopter landing and take-off. It can form a surface for aircraft & helicopter hard standing and be used as a crane access drill pad or as oil exploration matting.
